House Hearing on Arctic Issues

On July 23, the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, Subcommittee on Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation (Chair, Representative Duncan Hunter, R CA-50) will hold a hearing titled, “Implementing U.S. Policy in the Arctic.” The Director of NOAA’s National Ocean Service, Office of Response and Restoration, Dave Westerholm, is scheduled to testify about NOAA’s work in the Arctic including navigation and charting, oil spill response, and more.

Senate Committee Markup
